We stayed during Christmas time and decorations were lovely. the hotel provided free hot cocoa and cookies which were a nice touch. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the location was great, with several restaurants and cafes nearby. Plus, there was a pier close by for river transportation.
The bathroom was not clean, and the towels had stains. the room was also quite noisy, and we could hear the traffic outside.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and their customer service was outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. Our room was well-maintained and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was convenient. It was situated near various restaurants and shops, and there was a pier and mall nearby, making it easy to explore the area.
The difficulty in finding the hotel. The description and directions provided were not helpful, and we had trouble locating it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfy, and I adored the little swans made out of towels. The room itself was spacious and clean, with plenty of room to relax. In terms of location, this hotel was perfect. It was tucked away down a few side streets, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Plus, it was very close to the ferry, which made exploring the city super convenient. The staff here were exceptional. Even though we didn't speak the same language, they were friendly and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
